COLUMBIA, SC (September 10, 2009) – SCEL celebrates tasty treats and lively music at Viva La Vista in the heart of the Congaree Vista in downtown Columbia on Saturday, September 12. Lottery staff will sell tickets from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. Players purchasing $10 or more in lottery tickets will have the opportunity to spin the prize wheel for exciting promotional items. Look for the lottery tent on Gervais Street in front of River Runners.
SCEL is also participating in the 2009 MOJA Arts Festival in Charleston on Friday, September 25. Staff will have the complete line up of lottery tickets on sale from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. For every $10 lottery purchases, players can win a promotional item by spinning the lucky prize wheel. The lottery tent will be located behind the U.S. Custom House on East Bay Street at the foot of Market Street in downtown Charleston.
