$250,000 Lottery Winner Feels He’ll Never Be That Lucky Again

COLUMBIA, SC (April 30, 2018) – A Spartanburg man says he’s through playing the Lottery after winning $250,000.

“I won’t buy another ticket,” he says, figuring he’ll never be that lucky again.

On Friday, he was “shooting the breeze” with staff inside the Piedmont Petro Corner Mart #42 on the Chesnee Hwy. in Spartanburg when he scratched off the quarter-of-a-million dollar win.

That leaves five top prizes of $250,000 remaining in the $10 All the Money game, at odds of 1 in 660,000.

For selling the claimed ticket, Piedmont Petro Corner Mart #42 in Spartanburg received a commission of $2,500.

Just last week a Spartanburg woman had similar luck just five miles away at the Kangaroo Express #3409 on the Asheville Hwy. in Spartanburg winning $250,000.
