COLUMBIA, SC (June 4, 2026)A Bamberg man’s good deed led to a $75,000 lottery win.

The winner says he was driving a relative to a doctor’s appointment when he stopped at the EnMarket store on the Main Highway in Bamberg and spent $3 on a lottery ticket.

“I had never bought a ticket at that store before,” he told South Carolina Education Lottery officials. But the Cash Lines ticket he picked out won him the game’s first top prize of $75,000.

“That was pure luck,” he said. “I’m still trying to process it.”

Three more top prizes remain in the game. The odds of winning $75,000 playing Cash Lines are 1 in 528,000.

Nouria 2187 Main Highway (EnMarket) in Bamberg received a commission of $750 for selling the claimed ticket.
