COLUMBIA, SC (February 5, 2020) – During Sunday’s Big Game a Charleston woman scored a $100,000 lottery win playing the South Carolina Education Lottery.
“I was not expecting that to happen,” she admitted to lottery officials.
The winner, who asked not to be identified, says she’s not much of a football fan so she scratched a Lady Jumbo Bucks Crossword for fun instead.

“I’m going to buy a new car,” she said.
One top prize of $100,000 remains in the $3 Lady Jumbo Bucks Crossword game, at odds of 1 in 600,000.
For selling the claimed ticket, Kelly’s Gas N Go in North Charleston received a commission of $1,000.
