COLUMBIA, SC (December 2, 2014) – A Myrtle Beach tourist won $200,000 in a Thanksgiving Day drawing.
His wife went shopping on Black Friday.
The winner, a North Carolina resident, drove back to South Carolina yesterday to cash in his winning Palmetto Cash 5 ticket (8, 9, 26, 36, and 38).
“I plan to visit more often,” he said.
Spending the extra $1 for Power-Up doubled his $100,000 prize to $200,000.
