COLUMBIA, SC (October 22, 2015) – It was sweet dreams for a Taylors man who won $300,000 from the South Carolina Education Lottery.
He says he slept like a baby with a winning ticket under his pillow.
On Monday, the winner cashed in the Mighty Jumbo Bucks scratch-off purchased at the W.E. Willis #7 store on E. Lee Rd. in Taylors.
And he’s already dreamed up one way to spend his prize money.
“I’m buying a new truck,” he said.
Six top prizes of $300,000 remain in the $10 Mighty Jumbo Bucks game, at odds of 1 in 750,000.
For selling the claimed ticket, W.E. Willis #7 in Taylors received a commission of $3,000.
