COLUMBIA, SC (December 3, 2015) – Thousands of Pick 3 players are cashing in on a nearly $2 million payout, won last evening by playing 1 – 1 – 1.
Depending on the price paid for the ticket, 7,706 winners will take home either $250 or $500 per play.
The triple number combination put the Lottery in the red for the December 2 evening Pick 3 drawing with winnings totaling just over $1.9 million.
“There are a lot of Pick 3 players smiling today,” said the Lottery’s Executive Director Paula Harper Bethea. “Triples are by far the most popular combination played by our Pick 3 players. I know our players across the state are very happy, indeed.”
Wednesday’s drawing was the ninth time 1 – 1 – 1 has been drawn by the Lottery.
