COLUMBIA, SC (November 21, 2014) – A Seneca man’s symptoms of winning the Lottery included weak knees, perspiration, and an inability to concentrate.
“I think I’m about to have a heart attack,” he warned customers inside the Countryside Exxon on Crossroads Dr. in Seneca.
He won a $200,000 prize.
“I’m a nervous wreck,” his wife said yesterday when the couple arrived at the Lottery’s Columbia Claims Center to deliver the winning Bring on the Bens scratch-off.
For her, the win means a chance at an early retirement. For her husband, he won’t have to worry about their bills.
“I feel great now,” he said.
As of this release, four top prizes of $200,000 remain in the $10 Bring on the Bens game. The odds of winning $200,000 are 1 in 600,000.
For selling the claimed ticket, Countryside Exxon in Seneca received a $2,000 commission.
