COLUMBIA, SC (March 15, 2010) – During the South Carolina Education Lottery’s evening Pick 4 draw for Saturday, March 13, 2010, the numbers 7, 2, 4, and 5 were drawn. An error occurred when the numbers 1, 2, 4, and 5 were entered into the central system for validating claims.
SCEL will pay Pick 4 ticket holders for either set of numbers: 7, 2, 4, and 5; or 1, 2, 4, and 5.
Players holding Pick 4 tickets bearing the numbers 7, 2, 4, and 5 for the Saturday March 13 evening draw must take or mail their tickets to a Claims Center for processing and prize payment. SCEL retailers will not be able to pay on Pick 4 tickets bearing the number 7, 2, 4, and 5 for the Saturday, March 13 evening draw.
Players holding Pick 4 tickets bearing the numbers 1, 2, 4, and 5 for the Saturday evening draw on March 13 may be claimed at a Claims Center or, for prizes of $500 or less, at SCEL retailers. Claims Centers are located in Columbia, Greenville and Charleston.
SCEL regrets any inconvenience this may have caused players.
