COLUMBIA, SC (May 30, 2024) – A Rock Hill woman says she was feeling lucky when she played the Lottery and won $300,000.
She tried her luck at the Shell Station on Saluda St., where she picked out a $10 ticket and scratched it before leaving the store. She says seeing a six-figure windfall was exciting.
“It was unbelievable,” she described to South Carolina Education Lottery officials.
The winner is looking forward to making more memories traveling.
Three more top prizes of $300,000 remain in Power 777 game at odds of 1 in 960,000.
Janmangal Inc. (Shell Station) in Rock Hill received a commission of $3,000 for selling the claimed ticket.
