He revealed his lucky ticket was a quick pick.
“Every once in a while I play,” he explained.
He purchased the ticket at the Shiv Food Mart on N. Beltline Blvd. in Columbia. He realized he won the day after the drawing on January 13 (3 - 5 - 9 - 22 - 29).
“It just happened,” he laughed of his good fortune.
For selling the claimed ticket, Shiv Food Mart in Columbia received a commission of $2,000.
