$100,000 & $50,000 Powerball® Tickets Sold in South Carolina

COLUMBIA, SC (June 3, 2019) – Saturday’s Powerball® jackpot was won in North Carolina, but two players in South Carolina won big too.

A ticket sold in Anderson at the QuikTrip #1106 on the Liberty Hwy. is worth $100,000 and a ticket worth $50,000 was sold by High Hill Quickfill on the Timmonsville Hwy. in Darlington.

The Anderson ticket holder stands to benefit from the purchase of PowerPlay®. Because the player paid an additional $1 for PowerPlay®, their $50,000 prize doubled to $100,000 when a “2” multiplier was selected for the drawing on Saturday, June 1 (6 - 15 - 34 - 45 - 52 PB: 8).

Check your tickets. More than 19,000 players in South Carolina hold tickets for prizes from $4 up to $100,000. Of these, more than 8,300 players purchased PowerPlay® to see their non-jackpot winnings, excluding the Match 5 prize, multiplied by two.
