COLUMBIA, SC (September 24, 2018) – Golfers, you’ll be jealous of this story. Samuel Bracey didn’t hit a hole in one, but he sure felt like it when he won the Lottery.
Last week the Lancaster resident cashed in a $250,000 winning ticket, and no surprise, the avid golfer had one thing on his mind.
“I’m going to play more golf,” he said.
And his wife is fine with that.
Bracey bought her a lottery ticket too, from the Corner Market & Grill on Gillsbrook Rd. in Lancaster. She won $10.
“I told her I’d share,” he laughed.
Bracey cashed in the last top prize playing the $10 Wild Numbers 50X game, at odds of 1 in 700,000.
For selling the claimed ticket, Corner Market & Grill in Lancaster received a commission of $2,500.
