“I’m leaning toward the Charger,” she said.
The Columbia resident won the car entering non-winning Muscle Car MoneyTM scratch-offs in the South Carolina Education Lottery’s second-chance promotion. She figures she entered 10 or so non-winning tickets. One of her $5 tickets was selected from the more than 200,000 entries received to win the car.
“Is this true? Is this a joke?” she wondered when the Lottery called to tell her the news.
The real question is what color will she choose?
Two South Carolina Education Lottery winners were selected in the Friday, July 20 drawing. The second drawing to award two additional Muscle Cars will be held on Friday, August 17. Entries must be received by Friday, August 10.
Muscle Car MoneyTM tickets are $5 and available at lottery retailer statewide. Players can enter their non-winning tickets online or by mail for their chance to win.
