COLUMBIA, SC (June 18, 2026) – A Conway lottery player says winning $50,000 was so much fun, he’d like to do it again.
“It was a great experience,” he told South Carolina Education Lottery officials. “I’ve never won anything that big before.”
The winner says he occasionally buys a scratch-off, and the most he’d ever won was $200. But his luck improved on a 200X ticket he picked out at the Sunhouse #17 store on Oak St. in Conway.
“I’m going to enjoy it,” he said. “And I’m going to keep playing.”
Nine more top prizes remain in the game. The odds of winning $50,000 playing 200X are 1 in 277,500.
Sunhouse #17 in Conway received a commission of $500 for selling the claimed ticket.
