COLUMBIA, SC (July 10, 2026) – A Midlands lottery player won $2 and decided to buy a few more tickets. One of them won her $30,000.
“It was awesome,” she told South Carolina Education Lottery officials.
The winner says she had to put on her glasses to be sure she scratched off a top prize win on a $2 ticket from the Wilsons II convenience store on Main St. in Little Mountain.
And she has big plans for the prize money.
“I’m saving it for a house,” she said.
Three more top prizes of $30,000 remain in the 7-11-21 Tripler game at odds of 1 in 600,000.
Wilsons II Inc. in Little Mountain received a commission of $300 for selling the claimed ticket.
