COLUMBIA, SC (June 22, 2023) – It was a winning Mother’s Day for a Lowcountry mom, who scratched a lottery ticket and won $200,000.
“It don’t know if another Mother’s Day can top that one,” the winner said.
The Lottery caught up with her this week. She says the family was gathered outside and starting scratching a few lottery tickets that she had bought at the 3 Way Food Mart #3 on 244 E. Railroad Ave. in Estill. “Everyone was surprised when it happened,” Mom said. “I was shocked.”
And as Mom’s do, she is spending the prizemoney on her family.
The winner overcame odds of 1 in 750,000 to win $200,000 in the Plu$ The Ca$h! game that has two more top prizes available.
3 Way Food Mart #3 in Estill received a commission of $2,000 for selling the claimed ticket.
