$200,000 & $100,000 Won in Valentine’s Day Lotto Drawing

COLUMBIA, SC (February 15, 2022) – On Valentine’s Day, two Palmetto Cash 5 players won a sweet, six-figure top prize.

A $200,000 winning ticket was sold in Rock Hill at the Rock Hill Food Mart at 1398 Main St. W., and a Myrtle Beach player won $100,000 at the Scotchman #3143 at 1173 Seaboard St.

The Palmetto Cash 5 tickets matched all five numbers drawn to win the $100,000 top prize. Because the Rock Hill ticket holder “Powered-Up” for an additional $1, the $100,000 top prize was doubled to $200,000 when a two was drawn.

More than 5,200 Palmetto Cash 5 players won prizes from $1 up to $200,000 in Monday’s drawing. More than 3,800 players spent an extra $1 to purchase the Power-Up multiplier and will have their winnings multiplied by two when claimed.

The odds of winning $200,000 playing Palmetto Cash 5 are 1 in 878,399. The odds of winning $100,000 are 1 in 501,942.

Palmetto Cash 5 is on a win streak. Three top prizes have been won in the last two drawings. On Sunday a player in Indian Land won $100,000. The ticket purchased at the El Jood LLC at 10130 Charlotte Hwy. remains unclaimed. The winning numbers for Sunday, February 13 are 13, 24, 27, 28 and 38.
